Dog bin on Pennerley Road needs repairing. Lid bent and doesn’t close securely- resulting in dog waste overflowing onto pavement, abundance of files and foul smell in the air, which is acutely smelt in the garden of No.68 Arran Road, along with a mass of files. Bags of dog waste also thrown over the wall into the garden of No.68 Arran Road. Given the above negative comment-Please can consideration be given for the Dog Waste bin to be relocated to a location, which is not directly opposite a -Penerley Road, Catford, London
