Someone has fly-tipped a large amount of wood into our communal bin. A neighbour kindly removed all the wood from the bin, but it is now left outside and needs to be collected. It appears that someone may have stolen the bin, filled it with wood, and then returned it. Could the team please arrange for the removal of the fly-tipped material as soon as possible?-Chinbrook Crescent, London, SE12 9TJ
