On the corner of Vesta Road and Millmark Grove (on left coming from Shardeloes Road) there is a green recycling bin , very heavy and sealed completely with a very strong sellotape. It has been there for some time now. The people who collect the rubbish have not noticed it as there are no houses and no collection done on that part of the road. It could contain anything, dead animals, a dead body, dangerous waste. Thank you.-Vesta Road, London, UK
